Return Eligibility
Items must be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at rivera@vaeltharion.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product quality issue, such as damage, defect, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or incorrect selection), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
